Are you serious?? Find out for sure if he has a picture of another female on his keychain-ask him who it is, and unless it is a sister, mother, long lost cousin-get rid of him. It should be YOU on his keychain. Sounds like he does have someone else on the side.

This is ridiculous... you two are boyfriend and girlfriend... right? If you two are dating you need to kick him to the curb IF he does have a picture of a girl on a keychain from his phone.

Second, have you asked him about this? You are going on the assumption of one of his friends. Could be him or his friend wants to see what kind of reaction they get from you.

If indeed he does have a pic of another girl, that is not a relative, I agree, get rid of him.

But first, ask him.

I don't know what it means. But I do know that you've got to become just as busy as he is. Get involved in activities that interest you and don't make him the center of your world. Be aloof when it comes to him. This will actually make you more attractive to him. Remember, a lonely person is often a bored person.
