OK I am in need of some serious advice. I am trying to buy a house and I have a judgement filed against me. When I called the company to pay the judgement off, the company is out of business. I called the county and they said there is nothing they can do, the only people that can release it is that company . I disputed it with Trans and Equifax. Trans filed it as being paid. Equifax just came back and validated it. Now what?? Will Equifax take the Trans letter? Please help. I am trying to close by the end of the month.

Won't happen by end of the month, who was the owner or the officers of the company.
