I am on probation for a felony dwi.I had an event on my interlock system after a night of drinking. It warned me then failed me then passed me all within 30minutes. How do I handle it with my upcoming probation meeting can the probation officer tell for sure it was a failure due to drinking and do I lie to them or deny it completely?

You suck it up and take the consequences.

Part of my probation say I can't communicate with the victim but the victim want us to communicate. What can we do to have this removed from the probation?
