It was based in the olden days. A woman and her husband were traveling I think, and he died falling off his horse and hitting his head on a rock while she was waiting for him in there carrige. At his funeral a man comes up to her with his daughter and asks her to marry him. At first the daughter doesn't like her. The women finds out she is pregnant and has a baby and everything ends up working out in the end.
