    Probation violation
I am on probation, and which I am required to be on house arrest. I had to work one evening late, and my ride was drinking and we got in an accident which I was not driving. She got a dwi. I didn't receive any charges because I didn't do anything wrong except was past curfew for house arrest. My probation officer found out. Will I get arrested again, probation hold, or have to serve my original sentence for this violation of house arrest?

Hey you shouldn't get into trouble because you have permission to be at work, aslong as you have proof you was working late and you wasn't drinking, then you should be fine.

    Hello n:

There's probably a phone number that you should have called if you were going to be late... It looks like you didn't. That ain't going to be good.

Depends on if you have a good ( yea like there are good ones) or a bad PO.
Also most of this goes though a monitoring company

You may have to explain why you worked late and did not call in ( there are procedures to follow) And next I bet getting into a car with a person who was drunk is most likely another violation itself.

And the worst thing, not going into the PO office the next day and telling them but letting him "find out" is not reporting the event and is another violation, often more serous than just being out.
