Im Not Sure How Or What To Do With My Situation!!
Well To Make The Story Short... I Married An Idiot That Is Illigal And We Moved In Together . When We Got Married He Told Me He Was Going To Give Me His Car As A Marriage Gift... A Little Down The Line He Asked If I Would Help Him Get Citizenship I Said Sure Why Not The Paperwork Started And Things Got Bad Between Him And I Everything That Came Out Of His Mouth Was Related To Immigration And We Began To Argue And Fight A lot... He Would Always Be All Happy Every time We Came From Doing Something Related To His Paperwork And Would Always Say "im Going To Let You Have My Car For Helping Me"!. And I Remember In One Occasion I Asked Him But Didn't You Already Give It To Me And He Laughed And Said Yeah But Its For This Too. We Went To The Dmv And He Even Transferred It To My Name, But One Day He Came Back From Work Saying That Someone Had Told Him That He Was Able To Get A Drivers Licence And A S.s#... I Remember Telling Him That From What I Knew That Was Not True He Made This Big Dram About Saying That I Just Didn't Want Him To Get One That I Was An American Citizen And Haven't Done T That He Hasn't Received Anything From Ins And He Began To Insult Me So We Argued And He Told Me To Go With Him To The Dmv That He Was Going To Like Prove Me Wrong So We Went And He Literally Emberrassed Me And By Saying Stupid Remarks To The Clerk And Outloud About How Hed Been Here For So Many Years And Never Done Anything Bad In This Coountry But Work Hard And Him Not Being Able To Get A Drivers Licence While Walking Out Leaving Me Standing There With The Clerk, I Then Ran Out The Dmv Office And Caught Up To Him Because He Would Not Even Care To Look Back And Acknowledge Me! When I Got To The Car He Repeatedly Insulted Me Saying I Was Worthless And Refused To Let Me Back In The Car, Well We Wretled And I Managed To Get Back In The Car. When We Finally Got Home We Had A Huge Argument And He Began Throughing Things Outside The Apartment Complex So I Grab My Son And The Keys To My Car And Began Walking Out When From Behind He Rushes Me To Take The Keys Away From Me After Wrestling With Him For A While I Gave Him The Keys Back And I Walked Back Inside To Calla Friend To Pick Me Up.. His Mom Went To My Job A Few Days Later To Tell Me That I Needed To Sign The Release For I Refused I Told Her I Need For Him To Pay Me The 1000.00 Dollars I Had Loaned Him To Start The Immigration Paperwork.. Somaybe Like A Week Later She Come And Pays Me The Money And Says I Had To Sign Over The Car I Refused To Do So And Until Today I Never Signed Anything.. I Just Got Away From Him And His Family.. A Few Months Down Later I Call And Tell Him That I Need A Divorce From Him He Refused To So... We Argued And He Asked If I Sign The Car Over If He Take Care Of The Divorce I Said No And At The End He Pretty Much Pressured Me Into It I Said Fine Just Give Me The Divorce And I Will.. He Did Get The Divorce Started Because I Even Went To Sign Some Papers For It.. we Were Supposed To Be Divorsed In August And Where In October And Im Still Not Divorsed And I Just Found Out That The Car Was Sold And Is In August The Its Under Someone Else's Name The Dmv Could Not Give Me Any Information On The Person It Was Registered Under... I Also Found Out The Only Reason Why He Transferred The Car Under My Name At One Point Was Because The Car Needed To Registration Renewal And The Dmv Had His Drivers License On Hold Because They Needed Varyfication Of His S.s.# He Was Being Investigated That His S.s# Did Not Match His Drivers License, So That's The Real Reason Why He Transferred My Name. Then Even After All The Drama He Renewed The Registration Without My Consent. That's Why I Called The Dmv Last Week Just To See If He Had Doen The Same Thing And They Informed Me About The Sale.
Im So Angry And Disturbed I Don't Even Know Where To Begin Please Help... :(
