Are you overweight? Breasts are made of fat, so it could be that if you lost weight, they would shrink.

Maybe you should talk to your doctor about your concerns?

That's all I've got. I'm 18, so take this with a grain of salt. I just watch a lot of medical shows. Hopefully someone a little more qualified will have some better advice for you.
