I got married in the year 2006.a female child was born in the year 2007.Now due to some misunderstanding my husband has filed case against me in his district.Now I am under the care of my parents along with my child.Now my question is I want to shift the case from his district to my district. Since I have a small child, I could not attend the hearings regularly.if I shift it to my district it will be easy for me attend the hearing.what is the procedure to shift the case?How much we have to spend for shifting?

What decisions / rulings were made at the time of divorce regarding custody ( if that's what this is about ) and also did you move away from where the original courts heard the case in the first place and is he still there ?
