I would like to know why I had to marry someone at 15-16 with out parents consent and also because I was in foster care but parents right was not terminated yet and it ruin my hole life even with my kids

How old are you now?
Are you still married?
How many kids do you have?
Do you still have contact with your parents?
What state/country was this in?

I really don't know why or how they would get away with that.

I can't imagine this could really happen, nobody can be forced to get married, whether they are a minor or not (especially if they are a minor?) unless its in some other country? But stranger things have happened I guess. You need to add more details though!
