    Adjustment of Status for Green Card Lottery winners?
    I'm on a F1 status and won green card lottery for fiscal year 2010. My winning number is small therefore I can apply for AOS in October. What documents do I need for AOS for green card lottery winner . So far I know :
    1. Form I-485 with filing fee of $1010;
    2. G325A;
    3. Form I-765;
    ???4. Form I-134 or other proof of financial support???
    5. Form I-131 application for Travel Document;
    6. Copy of the official notice that your lottery registration was selected;
    7. Proof of Education such as diploma and transcript;
    8. Birth Certificate and copies of front page of your passport, Visa and I-20s and I-94;
    9. Two Photos;
    10. Medical Exam Report (I-693 which will be prepared by a USCIS certified doctor)

    I'm not sure about #4. If I want to do an affidavit of support should I use I-134 or I-864 ( which the USCIS gave me in the package of adjustment of status). Which form applies for lottery winners adjusting?
