My father left his home to my two bros and i.one bro lives in the home and refuses to pay rent.the other two of us have had to keep up with everything.we want he out so we can rent it to someone who pays and take some burden off us as we have to pay to live ourselves. What can be done?

You will probably have to buy him out. As a part owner, he cannot be evicted. You can however, sue him for lost income and his share of the expenses.

You may be able to force a buyout. I would consult a local real estate attorney for your options.
