    Diverter valve kitchen faucet
I had low pressure in both hot and cold with a lot of pressure in spray nozzel. I replaced thediverter valve pressure in hot and cold much better, however when I use the spray it has low pressure and does not shut the faucet off. How do you adjust the screw on the diverter? Clockwise or counter-clockwise.

I am puzzled: usually, the diverter valve is built into the faucet column and is not adjustable. As John said, tell us what type / kind /brand of the faucet you have so we can look it up and help you.

Adjustable diverter, huh? Adjust it for what? To give more water? Diverters already divert all the pressure the valve has to offer in a normal kitchen faucet. Have you got a faucet that chokes the spray down? We really need the brand name and model of your faucet>< Regards, Tom
