    Discharged Judgement Voided in Bankruptcy
    If I have an order from the US Bankruptcy Court that directs the Clerk of Courts to Discharge Judgement Voided in Bankruptcy can the judgement still legally appear on my credit report

    And it will stay on your credit report for quite a while. Your credit report will say judgement and then bankruptcy.
