You sound like you believe you have a problem with controlling your masturbation and it is affecting your relationships with others, that can make it an addiction.

The thing I read to be a major problem for you now is that you have masterbated so often in the last ten years that you are more accustomed to your hand that you are finding it difficult to find release with a partner.

For the time being, the best correction for that would be no masturbation and improving the communication between you and your partner to fulfill your needs in the bedroom. Sex (vaginal, oral or anal) feels different than what you can accomplish with masturbation. You need to reacquaint yourself with those feelings as opposed to the feeling of masturbation.

Time to see a counselor... you most definitely have developed some bad habits that need to be broken.

You need to learn other ways of dealing with stress.

Life is stressful but you have to learn other tools to use to release your stress.

    Try exercising.Try meditation.

When ever you feel the urge, snap a rubber band on your wrist.

Most addictive desires pass within a matter of minutes. It may come back again and again throughout the day and you need to fight it every time.Eventually,it will ebb.The frequency will decrease once you start being successful.

If you can get through those minutes ,your success will increase over time.

Give yourself a mental pep talk.

Tell yourself you are in control of your body and your body does not control you.

It took time to get to this state and it will take time to get over it but with determination and focusing on other things ,it can be done.

That's why I said get counseling... it is as simple as stopping. They help you find other ways of dealing with issues than stroking yourself.

Bad habits can be broken.. people do it every day. Nobody said they are EASY to break.
