Hi I'm new to this site so I hope someone has some answers!

Well I hadn't seen my ex boyfriend for quite somtime (about 4 months) during which we have still been in touch here and there..

Last week we met up at a bar and talked for hours.. we got on sooo well and flirted a lot.. I still have strong feelings for him. I told him I thought he looked hot and he said no your hot! Haha anyway before we said goodbye he said we should catch up properly... and I said OK so we made plans (vaguely) to meet up the next night, But the next day he didn't text me all day so I wasn't sure if it was just a spur of the moment thing or not so I decided to leave it and not go out that night. Well he text me at like 10pm asking if I was out and I said nah etc etc.

After that I text him the next day and said but yeah would be good to catch up sometime this week and told him to get in touch and he said yeah cool will do... But he still hasn't done anything yet?? :S Well my question is.. does it sound like I'm wasting my time or could there still be something there?

Could be something there. I would call him and ask him point blank. The texting thing has become a bit overused and can cause much confusion (see your post ;) ). Give him a call if he doesn't contact you in a couple of days and get this figured out, but it sounds like there is mutual interest on both sides. Just be patient and ensure that you aren't revolving your social life around waiting for him to contact you.

I would resume your own life, and if he is interested he will call (or text). But I don't think he is as interested as you are, nor is looking to rekindle the past, and would waste a lot of time worrying if he has feelings for you, or not. That's to distracting.

Yeah I know I do need to get on with my life.. but how to do that when all I think about is him. Trust me I have tried hard to move on I even left the country for months..!. but if there is a chance even a small one that something could happen then I don't want to let it go.

Umm I just want to keep it as relaxed as possible so maybe in a few days I might give him a text and say oh weren't we supposed to catch up and ask him what he's up to?

Don't call.

Think about it.

He has your number,let him come to you.
Get busy getting on with your life,he knows your interested,if he wants you, he will call.

He saw you and thought "hey, I forgot how hot she is" That was probably the extent of it.
You guys broke up for a reason.
Seeing him may have stirred the pot again, nothing more. Move on.

Ever think this is more about you hoping, and using him for an excuse for not doing?

Maybe he thought briefly about seeing if he could get a piece, who knows.
But you do have a choice, you can wallow in this and waste you time waiting for something that is probably not a good thing anyway, or you can move on.
