You will have to investigate the going rate in your area. Just to ask 'what do I charge' is not a good way to go about it. We here are all over the US and Canada here (and Europe quite possibly) so rates vary from country to country. Shop around. Ask questions of other cleaning establishments, maybe no outright, but on the sly. Do some detective work.
Your name doesn't indicate a commercial cleaning company, it sounds more residential than anything. That may be a litle off-putting to some businesses.

Good points Tick.
May I ask what experience you already have in the commercial cleaning business?
What market/s are you going after?
There are several ways to produce pricing and many things to consider.
When you say that yo have almost all the information down; Are you incorporated? Do you have liability insurance? Are you contemplating being a 'full service' company i.e; hard floors, carpet cleaning, windows, recycling, hazmat, etc?
