I have been living w/ my fiancé for over a year and just recently he has been distant and not affectionate. I try to talk about it and he gets defensive and says I am not a baby anymore. He says he loves me but is not in love with me. I do deeply love him... he told me not to force love... what should I do? And our lease is over in march 10??

You need to sit down with him and have a proper talk as regards your future.even if it will hurt and even if he wants out.you can't live in limbo until your lease runs out.

You need to confront him about your relationship. See if you can iron out your issues.

If his feelings have really changed, then there's nothing you can do. You'll have to accept his change of heart and move on. In which case, try to move out ASAP or have him move out. Living together after you broke up will just cause you more pain and suffering.
