    Salary after resigning as manager
Hi, I work in retail and would like to know that if I resign as a manager but continued to still work for the company as a sales advisor would I receive the salary I was on before becoming a manager or would I receive the minimum salary. Thanks

Every company has it's own rules on this. You would have to run this by your boss to find out how your company handles this.

If you resign your manager job, and find another job with the same company, what you earn at the new job is up to your employer. It is difficult to understand your thinking that you have the option to continue working for the company in another position without specific approval by the company. If they see fit to give you the sales advisor job they can set whatever salary they want.
