I owe felony fines and 9,000.00 back child support which I make payments monthly my dad is dying and leaving me a house and money can they take either for my debt?

If there is a Judgment in place - and there may or may not be - yes, that money can be seized.

There would probably be a lien filed against the house instead of "taking it."

Do I understand that you owe back child support (you have not been paying in accordance with a Court Order), you believe you are now coming into some money and you are interested in shielding that money so you don't have to pay the back support for your child/children?
