Can anyone point me to the instructions to setup this thermostat? The booklet is not complete with the advanced settings like how to change from 2 to 3 stage heat etc.

The only manual available seems to be a generic one for several of their 800 series stats:

Pehaps you should try their Customer Assitance #1-877-880-3381.

Already called customer assistance. No help. More button does nothing more <G>.
My licensed/trained/certified Trane installer didn't even know. Nice

Perhaps a call to the CEO of Trane may help, get someone's attention that you have a Trane product that no one in Trane seems to understand.
