Let's do the supplies first, You will need to replace the old angel stops with 1/2 X 1/4 X 1/4" three way angle stops, (see image). Simply reuse the large nut and ferule on the 1/2" stubout and install the new stops on the old nuts. You will also need 4 supplies in the proper lrngth.
    For the drainage,
You will need two traps and a wye. The wye will connecr to the wall stubout and will have to be piped over to pick up each trap. That's about as far as I can go without climbing in your cabinet. Good luck, Tom
