In my '04 Lincoln Navigator I have a DVD player (factory) so I tried converting .avi video file to DVD using Convert X to DVD 3, I got a video_ts and autio_ts folders, same program also burned DVD but when I put in in the dvd player in the navigator is said bad disc.

Is it possible that it can ONLY read original DVDs or I burned it wrong?

It's been a while since I had to convert files to DVD but then they played fine in dvd players (before divx dvd players came out).

I use a program called DVD flick to convert movies to be able to watch them in my dvd player... it could be the setting it is on because mine has the option to burn for compaitbility with american and canadian dvd players.. then it also can convert for european dvd players. I found the program I am using works the best out of the ones I've tried to use
