    Yes, if you hire someone to do it. You can't even change a tire without getting them dirty. Maybe a fuse, yes you can change a fuse without getting your hands dirty.

    You have to remove the tire to get to the brakes. Touching the tires is going to get them dirty.

    Pro mechanics these days wear nitrile gloves. They give you good dexterity and protect your hands from nasty stuff. They're cheap enough to use and throw away.
