OKay.I have this crush on this shy guy in my gym class.he always seems to be alone and doesn't talk to anyone much.my friend went over to him(for me)to ask his name.I really like him,but I don't know how to talk to a person like him.any advice.please help.I really like him. :)

I'll tell you my patented, five step program for talking to people. The catch is, you have to keep it a secret, okay? ;)

Step 1: Wake up and get yourself ready for the day.
Step 2: Go about your day until you are in the same place, at the same time, as the person with whom you wish to talk.
Step 3: Walk up to the person in question.
Step 4: Open your mouth and start talking.
Step 5: Stop talking, listen for a response.

Seriously, just because he "always seems to be alone" doesn't mean he's not a person. If you start talking to him, you may learn something about him that you didn't even know, maybe he's not shy at all, but rather just not good at making friends.

Here's another suggestion, ask your friend how she asked his name, and do what she did. If she can do it, so can you! :)
