I have a Sears model 11020802990 top-loading washer. It will not spin or agitate, but the motor is running and all the "sounds" are normal. Any ideas what part might need to be replaced?

I have the same washer and mine is doing the same washer not spinning only difference is washer motoe seems to stop when gets to spin water stays in tub! Thanks for any help!
