He is very unstable and mostly likely using and selling drugs. He leaves our children with family on his custody days. He sends harassing phone calls and harassing emails.

If you think he is on drugs then get the courts to order a drug test. If it comes back positive then take appropriate actions.

You can also try and prove he is an unfit father if you have enough evidence.
