I,m53 there is sweling on my right sidf below the breast. Some times is more some are less there is no pain .that part ,when is swelins is a bit hardre than other side.can you help me if is colon,liver,pancras,splangia or other.i.m so wory that I can't go to see a doc,because of mentally worrines I alwas have . There are so many possibilities it would simply be guessing.

It could be something very minor or it could be something serious.

Anyone who would even attempt to give you answers would be foolish to do so.

Perhaps you could have a friend go with you to the doctors and stay with you throughout the exam to make you feel more comfortable.
