Is the 2004 6.0l power stroke diesel engine good or full of problems?

I found a 2004 F350 6.0l powerstroke diesel with 26,000 miles on it... am I going to have a lot of problems once 50,000 miles come around?.

Most inportant thing is oil change and filter. This is a must... the injectors fire on oil... so if the oil breaks down... injectors atr not cheep.Change oil and filter per owners man. Work at ford, see 200.00+ trucks with very little done to them and then 100.000 trucks with everything done to them... never changed oil...

I have an 04' powerstroke with 110,000 miles and have done nothing but routine maintenance on it

My point... if you do the maintenance it will run for a long time 200-300k... but maintenance is a must!! 11
