I have a flat / low pitched roof home that gets very hot. I had a new roof put on (Dibiten) two years ago and now I want to coat the roof. I want to coat the roof for a couple of reasons 1) to help put an aditional seal on the roof and 2) to reduce UV damage to the roof, and 3) reduce heat in the attic. I have looked at hundreds of coating options and don't want to invest in the wrong product.

Can anyone recommend a coating that would work for me?

Can any of the coating be sprayed on? Or are the all roll on?
