You need a personal injury Attorney - but I see no lawsuit here. She is a minor and, depending on what she said, the counselor may have been required to speak to a custodial parent or the authorities.

Like Judy pointed out, there may not be a case depending on what your daughter disclosed.

Why are you upset that the counselor spoke to your ex and his wife? What was disclosed and how did you learn about it?

You have to have some sort of damages in order to successfully file and win a lawsuit. What do you consider your damages are?
