How can I have my ex husband back in the country?
I hold a unexpired permanent resident alien card. I married my Nigerian husband few years ago, I filed for his green card and it was approved 3 years later but he left me
2years after we got married. The INS sent us, a letter, as a husband and wife to get ready for his interview and that the letter of acknowledgement has to be turned in 2 weeks prior to the final interview. To make the story short, I returned the package back to the INS stating that my husband left me for more than a year, after we had a very heavy argument, husband and wife fight sometimes, but I did not mean to hurt mt husband's
Feelings at that time and that I was not aware that he was going to leave me. I love my husband very much and I did not realize that until he was out of my life completely. I am sobbing right now because I am missing him too much, I thought that all he was after was to get his green card, and I was wrong, I killed his pride and he took his chances getting deported back to Nigeria. I had few a couple of guys after we had a divorce but all I could think of was my husband and it is very painful, he put a big scar in my heart. I want my husband back even though we had a divorce few years ago. Please help me.
