My last period was July 22, had unprotected sex on the 8th of August. Since then I had all these weird feelings, cramping,low back pain,nausea,always sleepy and very sensitive sense of smell and I pee a lot too. I had my "period" on the 24th of August but I am still feeilng nauseous and goes to pee a lot... same like before I had my period. It only lasted for 2 and a half days, I have them regularly for like 5-7 days... but these 2 and 1/2 days I only had normal flow to just a few drops. Now I don't know if I am pregnant or was it really my period.

Early pregnancy signs are very similar to those of pms. If you're concerned you may be pregnant, take a test. It's the only way to know for sure.

Today's the 4th day and it's an on off spotting, almost brown. I pee quite often and still feels sleepy and nauseous.. pms happens before but not during the period itself... I am confused, is it still possible that I may be pregnant?

It's rather common for women to be nauseous, have tender breasts, back pain, cramping, etc during their periods. If its not common for you personally, you're lucky :) again, the only way to know whether you are pregnant is to take a test. If you're confused and wondering if you may be pregnant, go to the store and buy a home pregnancy test. Take it in the morning when your hormone levels would be highest.
