What size electric panel for a large all electric house

We would be only guessing without doing connected load calculations and can't do that without knowing the square foot, list of all major electric appliances, KW of electric heat, and size of air conditioning.

1 hp water pump, 50 gal electric water heater, swimming pool pump 1 hp I think,1/2 hp pool sweep, 5000 sq.ft. home, sub zero refer,2 electric ovens,dishwasher,31/2 bath ,watering large yard and have to pump water up hill to pressure tank. I have a 200 amp service now but it's full want to add 60 amp breaker for instant water heater for bath tub
