Iam getting divorced and mother of 8 mon old baby girl. After delivery I was diagnosed with postpartum depression will this have any effect on child custody of my daughter or weaken my case as far as child custody is concerned

Are you being treated for it? How does your doctor feel you are handling it?

It could, but the worst part of PPD is that it often goes undiagnosed. Since it has been, if you are being treated, then it likely won't work against you much if at all.
