I am a poa/agent, what is a reasonable fee to charge for this service? How do I go about billing for my services? I'm in Illinois.

Please define what you are referring to as a POA/agent. What will be your responsibilities and duties.

Usually a POA is issued to a family member and there are generally no fees involved. If an attorney is given the POA, then their usually billing applies.

That was not meant as a chastisement, it was simply info for future reference. Piggybacking means posting your question on a thread started by someone else. And that IS what you did. If you don't understand it how can you be sure you didn't do it? Frankly, I don't understand your response. I tried to help you and you take offense, why?
