I am a first time offender for felony paraphenilia and was busted in a state where I have no family and no ties. While on bond corrections I abided by every rule. I am wondering how to transfer it to UTAH where I have a married couple that used to work at a troubled teens facility when I was 16 and am very close with still. I have a place to stay and a job lined up. What else should I do? What are my best chances? Do I have to pay my fines (1300) first? Any help or tips are appriciated. Thanks
