Believe her. She is interested in someone else. Be a friend to her, a nice, funny, sweet friend. If she changes her mind about dating you, you'll be there. If possible, be a friend to several girls. Don't play games and always take people at their word, respecting their version of reality. Then, you will get together with a great girl, not tomorrow, but soon. And she will be worth the wait.

Seems pretty clear to me. She's being nice to you by saying nice things about you, but she isn't interested.

Accept her feelings and move on. If she changes her mind, she will let you know, but don't count on it.

Leave her alone, and find another female who doesn't have a guy she is interested in.
