Using agency to prepare forms for pro se motion
Is it realistic to use Family Soultion Centers to file JUST pro se ex parte temporary custody motion? Dad is out of state, not communicating, acting strangely. I just want this much in place to prevent (Or at least have there be ramifications for) him taking child out of state. Thank you

    Hello S:

If there are NO visitation and custody orders in place, then you're not going to trap him by inventing them real fast... He has as much right to his child as you do.

You can find a family attorney who'll be willing to take payments, and file for a custody and child support agreement.
