    Leaving State while on Probation
If I leave the state while under probation and be gone for over 10 years which was a misdeameanor does that turn into a felony or would they have a felony warrant out for my arrest through the probation office?

A misdemeanor charge does not turn into a felony charge - it remains a misdemeanor charge but a warrant lives forever. And, yes, skipping out can cause you to be charged with a felony (if that is your question).

    Hello Tim:

Even though you fled on a misdemeanor charge, fleeing itself is a felony. Therefore, you have a FELONY warrant out for your arrest entitled, Unlawful Flight To Avoid Confinement.
