I'm trying to identify the attached picture. I think that it is from the first half of the 19th century (oil on canvas) and a self-portrait of the painter himself. If someone can help me to identify the painter on the picture it would be grate.

Have you tried looking on the back of the actual picture?

Yes I examined the picture in the front and the backside, but no signature. A french expert thinks that it is a french picture from the first half of the 19th century refer to the clothes of the painter (figure) but he had no idee who the painter is.
