I live in New Orleans and me and my fiancé are separated by a probation that he is on in Texas that won't allow him to leave there. He has asked his probation officer if this can be removed because it staring to cause other family issues with our kids. He said that we could write a letter to the judge requesting this, but neither one of us has ever had to do this before. Can you or someone help us with this letter?
