I saw this movie in 2001 or 2002 on TV, but I don't know when it was made. I think it's a Harlequin Romance but I am not sure. It's about a rich guy who has a deformed face and because of that lives a very secluded life. One day a girl who is a painter is hired to come paint his portrait at his house. I also remember that it takes place in the winter time.
