Hi I have a Briggs 14.5 I/C with OHC already adjusted valves .006 for exhaust and .004 for intake after turning flywheel so piston is 1/4 inch past TDC. Now when turning flywheel the intake pushrod gets loose enough to fall out from behind rocker arm. Original problem was after replacing head gasket there was too much compression for battery to crank the motor over?
