You, of all people a former pastry chef and you're asking us peasants about yeast? Yes, it's the yeast burping after consuming too much beer. Buuurrp!

And now that I answered that pressing question for you Exie, do you have a favorite cheesecake receipe you wish to share? Please??

Farting and releasing are similar but I would not classify the bread as a farter, more of a releaser of air :)

When you knead it ,it will fart.
OR when you need it it will give you air :) WRONG!

I was totally wrong,I rethought this and when the bread is rising it is farting in the essence of farting being making air.

That's pretty prolific and philosophic, artlady!

Would you mind explaining that in a way that my limited mind can understand?

Ain't much happenin' "upstairs" in me! Half the time, lights are on and nobody's home. Plus, my keepers only let me out at night. That's part of the reason that I'm on here so late at night.

    Thanks!
