Need assistance identifying an old 80s sci fi movie
What I know about the movie: it was made sometime in the 80s. I'm fairly sure the name of it was someone's name. It was an action sci-fi film.
I only recall two scenes from this movie: the main character climbs out of a river or harbor or something and rests on the dock/pier for a little while while a black man looks at him who had been fishing. After a few minutes he gets up and walks away, the black fisherman then says something to the effect of "your not done yet [character name]" or "you'll get yours " or something like that. The exact words I forget, but he said the main characters name (which I believe to be the name of the movie)
Another scene I believe came from the same movie, there's this futuristic car a white round sort of thing pulls up in front of a hotel or office building of several stories. The car ran on a fusion cell or something and I'm fairly sure it floated above the ground.
This movie has escaped me for over 15 years and I would like to put a name to it finally. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
