OK well I'm wondering am I going crazy?? Well I have bad habbits. My habbits are
1. I bite my nails when I'm nerves
2. I have bad thoughts all the time
3. and I worry too much
OK it might not seem bad but it is. I have a lot of phobias, I talk to myself, and I have thoughts racing threw my head. My parents get on my nerves which causes me to be stressed and pick my lip like crazy!! I mean I've tried to stop. Well if your wondering some of my phobias are...
1. afraid of heights
2.afraid of places where I can't escape easily
3. afraid of bugs
4. afraid of people who are sick
5. afraid of clowns
6. afraid of the dark
7. and so on
Well I'm only 11 years of age and I'm thinking I'm going crazy! Help me. Thank you for reading and have a great day. Oh I'm in middle school by the way.

Well I suggest with your habbits just keep(for example your nail biting habbit)
You probably can just keep your hands away from your mouth so that you can't even reach your mouth with your hands.
Also with your clown problem you can j ust stay away from them
