I have made it clear I like this guy and I think he likes me too we text a bit and he kind of asks if I'm out at the weekend but we never seem to be in the same place at the same time, I'm sure he wouldn't stay in touch if he wasn't interested so why doesn't he ask me out?

Maybe he's shy, maybe he's waiting for you to make the move, maybe he just wants to be friends. How old are the two of you?

I agree, he's probably just shy. If you really like him, ask him out.. It's the 21st century, girls can do that too :) Worst case scenario: He says no and you no longer have this problem.

There can be a million different reasons he's not asking you out.

But ask yourself, why sit at home and give him all the control while you wait around for him? Take the initiative and ask him out!

If he says yes! Then I'm sure you'll feel great about it!

If he says no, then you can stop wasting your time sitting around waiting for nothing, because he wasn't going to ask you out anyway

Why speculate? Ask him out and see what he says. That's better than wondering.
