Right now you have none other than what she lets you.

Your right is IF you are on the birth certificate you go to family court and file for joint visitation/custody.
IF it is not on the birth certificate you go to court and file for a paternity test and take it from there.

If you are on good terms with your ex-girlfriend then you should be able to work out an amicable solution to be able to visit your child.

You might be able to go to your local family and children's services office and establish a case and or go to family court and establish visitation rights. If you choose to go this route, it is very important that all of your ducks are in order. Make sure that your name is on the child's birth certificate. Also make sure that you have a stable environment where your child will be safe when visiting.

    Good luck.

    Go to court.

Get child support established, and visitation.

If you do NOT have a court order for either, it's going to just get worse as time goes on.
