It depends. Try the free samples on their main website because it is an expensive product and it's not worth it if it doesn't work on you. It didn't work for me but a lot of other people said it worked for them.

So the active ingredients are Bearberry Extract (Arbutin), Vitamin C, Kojic acid, and Mulberry Extract as the rest are carriers and base ingredients. Well, these are promising ingredients so it has potential to work, also depending on the percentage being used.

Lactic acid is also good as it helps the skin replenish/peel

It works you just have to keep using it. My lips are dark from smoking, but it lightened them bad boys up. I had lips like Obama lol

    Hello from FRESH UP!

Yes, our ingredients include powerful yet effective extracts from plants such as Mulberry and Bearberry. Lactic acid is also renowned for its skin lightening qualities. Many lightening creams contain harmful ingredients such as mercury, lead and cancer-causing hydroquinone - not ideal for delicate places like lips.

FRESH UP works best if applied twice daily. We also recommend protecting your skin with UV sunscreen as part of your normal beauty routine.

FRESH UP is formulated in Germany to strict production specifications.
