If she seems fine, she probably is. If you are concerned, visit the vet.

How long ago did it happen?
If it isn't limping or anything the only worry would probably be internal bleeding

Even if the dog does seem fine I would be going to the vet to make sure there is nothing internal.

Had to spread the rep Shaz, I agree.

There are many injuries that aren't noticeable. If your dog gets hit by a car then you must take him/her to the vet. There could be a slow bleed internally, or something else damaged.

    Vet, asap.

    Vet, NOW.

We had a case last month where a clients dog was hit by a car, but seemed fine and they decided not to take her to us.
A week later, she started having troubles breathing, so they finally brought her in.
We took x-rays, and found that she had a diaphragmatic hernia - aka the accident had ripped a hole in her diaphragm and her intestines and liver were hanging out with her heart and lungs in her chest cavity.

There was a woman that wrecked into a guard rail on her way home from work a few years ago. She went home went to sleep that night and never woke up because she bled internally

Sariss, we had a case exactly like that with a cat. Seemed fine then all of a sudden, poor breathing and lethargy. The vets did the op, which was HUGE, the cat came out and seemed to be recovering but the op was just too big for her and she died a few days later.
Moral of the story, GO TO THE VET.

If you were hit by a car, what would your family do? Sit around and see if you die in your sleep or take you to a Doctor?

Do the same thing for your dog.
